Yes! All GOGO memberships include access to the GOGO City, Park and Hervanta centres in Tampere, as well as all GOGO Express and GYM Anytime gyms across Finland. The Pirkanmaa region alone has as many as 12 locations!

With the BASE Day membership, access is limited to 04–15:30, meaning you have free use of the fitness centre's services and group classes as long as you check in by 15:30 at the latest. BASE Day is best suited to morning trainers and those who want to avoid the rush – a more affordable alternative to the full opening-hours membership!

BASE Day, Premium & Premium Plus memberships include group classes – over 200 live classes per week in total! The Gym membership is intended for gym training only, without group classes (unless you separately purchase the Reformer add-on membership, which is available for all membership types).



In addition, the premium class Reformer Pilates, which uses special equipment, is only included in the Premium Plus membership. For other memberships, the equipment pilates add-on membership can be purchased for an additional fee.

Reformer Pilates, i.e. equipment pilates, is an effective and safe form of training that develops body control, muscle strength and mobility. The training is done on a piece of equipment developed specifically for the discipline, the Reformer. GOGO offers Reformer classes at GOGO City and at the GOGO Reformer Vaajakatu studio in Hervanta. The discipline is not included in the basic membership but is an add-on service purchased separately on top of the membership with an open-ended contract. For the Premium Plus membership, Reformer Pilates is included at no extra charge.

With the committed 12-month membership, the notice period is 1 month after the contract period ends. With the flexible membership, you can quit at any time with a 1-month notice period. The Year-at-a-time membership continues automatically after a year, with a 1-month notice period.

Yes. Memberships paid for a full year at a time include a freeze option of up to 2 months, allowing you to freeze your membership free of charge for 1–2 months. For other memberships, freezing is available at 15 €/month — ask customer service for more!



The membership can be paused free of charge due to military service, pregnancy or an illness preventing exercise, against a medical certificate. A pause request can be submitted via the app.

Reserving a place (recommended): For popular classes, it's always worth reserving a place in advance to make sure you get in. Many classes, however, often have space even without an advance reservation.



Regular group classes: Members can reserve a place 7 days in advance.



Reformer Pilates classes: Those with a Reformer membership can reserve a place 8 days in advance.



Registering for a class (mandatory): Whether you have an advance reservation or not, you must always register for the class on site. This is done at the registration kiosks near the reception before the class starts.

Yes, GOGO offers a childcare service free of charge to members! The service is available at GOGO Park and GOGO Hervanta. Check the opening hours and the age limits and rules for childcare at gogo.fi/lastenhoito.

The age limit for independent training at GOGO is 14 years, and a guardian's consent is always required for a minor's membership. We offer the GOGO Jr. membership for 12–14-year-olds, allowing the young person to train at the gym together with a parent (the parent must also have a GOGO membership).

An invoice is sent monthly. We recommend activating e-invoicing in your own online bank — it's free of charge. A billing surcharge is applied for paper invoices.

Yes, we accept the most common employer exercise benefits. Ask for more details at your location or from customer service.

When you join mid-month, the first payment includes the portion for the current month, possibly the following month, as well as any joining fee. The exact total is shown in the booking summary before payment.

Yes! You can train independently with your baby in GOGO Park’s BUNKER area and in GOGO Hervanta’s group exercise studio at separately announced times. Read more here.

In addition, we organize fun and easy GOGO MOMMY classes for expecting mothers and mothers who have recently given birth. Babies under 1 year old are welcome to join!

Yes! A family member receives a 20% discount (same as students) on a Premium or Premium Plus membership. A family membership requires that the main member’s Premium or Premium Plus membership is active, and that the family members’ payments are charged together to the main member.
