I am a Personal Trainer and certified coach specializing in functional strength training and whole-person growth. My approach connects physical training with mindset development – because how you train influences how you perform in everyday life.
Functional strength means training that supports real life. We focus on multi-joint, multi-directional movement that develops strength, mobility, balance and coordination. The goal is a body that is not only strong in the gym, but capable, resilient and adaptable outside of it.
I work with clients who value testing their limits and are ready to discover how strong and capable they already are – and keep building from there. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve body composition, develop skill capacity, or complement other sports – I’m in your corner to supply both the knowledge and support along your journey.
Every program is tailored to the individual, but the foundation remains the same: strong fundamentals, clear direction and measurable progress.
I am also a certified Krav Maga instructor and offer personal self-defence training for those who want to build practical skills alongside physical strength.
